All about who we are and what we do.

We discover our client's needs and follow a structured process that helps to accomplish their goals. We believe in bringing our clients into the creative process from start to finish, and prefer to work transparently and collaboratively. That keeps us focused on client objectives.
The discovery process starts with an initial meeting that can be in person or over the phone. During this meeting we learn about your company and talk you through my work process. Afterwards, you fill out a brand questionnaire to help us learn more about your company and design needs.
We will learn everything we can about your business. We want to know your positioning, strategies and challenges. We need to know who your competitors are, and what your goals are. Before we begin the creative development it's important for us to immerse ourselves in your business until we understand the whole picture.
Now that we know your business we can start with the creative development. Based on your goals, branding, and the desired outcome, we will develop a range of design candidates. We will refine these concepts and develop the artwork until it's presentable.
We will present the design pathways. Our thinking and objectives behind the designs will be explained in detail. From this presentation, you will choose a design pathway you want to move forward with, and develop.
We will then develop the chosen pathway until it meets all of your needs and expectations. You will be provided with digital presentations of each mechanical of the chosen design for approval.

Based on the chosen design and any modifications, we will refine the final production artwork. After all revisions are made and the project has final approval, the mechanical artwork will be prepped for print, digital, or online publishing.
Whether it's a digital or print design we are ready to deliver the final project. By now all the plans for distributing the product should be in place. All efforts have led to this moment of unveiling. The end result is another happy client.

How much are your graphic design services?
We don’t charge an hourly rate. After we meet to go over your project in detail, we will provide a proposal with a cost for the project. At the beginning of the project, we will meet to talk about your budget and how we can help. Chances are, if you are trying to stick to one number, we can adjust our plan to meet your needs.
How do I get started, and get a project quote?
Simply give us a call, or email to discuss your project in detail. Once we know all the details we will put together a proposal for the cost of the entire design project.
Will you create a free mock-up design?
Will we do a quick mock-up for you, so that you can see what our ideas are before you hire us? No. Unfortunately, we don't do spec work for free. You are welcome to take a look at our portfolio, to make sure our style and capabilities are right for your project.
Who owns the rights to my design files once the project is complete?
You do. Some graphic designers try to hold files hostage in order to keep your business, but with us, once it's paid for in full, you get it all. We will supply you all the native digital files via link for you to download. We don't attempt to retain any rights on the work, although we do like to use what we created in our portfolio. We believe in making every project a portfolio piece.
Can I edit my new website myself?
Yes. We use Webflow to design and develop websites. Webflow has a great content management system (CMS), which will allow you to login to your website on your browser, and make revisions to your site. Clients love this feature of Webflow. See my blog 'Why we use Webflow.'
How long will my project take?
Every job is different and every deadline is different. You should allow sufficient time for the designing, proofing your work, and possibly printing. If your deadline is very tight, we will do my best to complete your work within the time frame. We will advise before I start your project, but we haven't missed a deadline yet.
What happens if I don't like the artwork?
This never happens. But, if this did happen—then it's a communication issue. We sit back down and discuss the brief again. We know how important it is to get the design right, and will work with you until you're happy with it.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients, we require an initial payment representing fifty-percent of the total fee, before we commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. We do offer other payment options for ongoing work. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer.
